I was injured in an auto accident does the person who caused the accident pay from own pocket?

In the typical automobile claim, the person who causes the accident has insurance and does not pay from his or her own pocket. Auto insurance includes various areas of coverage. Often, the insurance coverage of the person at fault includes bodily injury coverage. Bodily injury coverage is the source for compensation for injured persons. BI coverage has limits, but when we buy BI coverage, we typically buy limits of $10,000, $50,000, or $100,000 or more. The limit is the maximum amount the insurance company will pay for any loss. Bodily injury coverage is not required, and consequently, there are many drivers who don't have it. That poses a risk of no recovery to injured persons. Automobile injury is complicated. If you've been injured in an automobile accident, I urge you to seek the advice of an attorney immediately.
