I was injured but I wasn't driving a car, can I use my PIP auto insurance to pay my medical bills?

Generally the no fault law applies to all automobile accident cases. The no fault law prohibits lawsuits in all auto accident cases even if you do not own a car, even if you were just walking down the street. If a car is involved, the no fault law applies and PIP benefits are available. There are some vehicles which are not included in the no fault law so PIP may not be available. Those non-covered vehicles include buses, motorcycles and some others. PIP law's complicated. If you've been injured in an automobile accident, I urge you seek the advice of an attorney immediately.
